Plant-Based Overnight Strawberry Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Lifeway Kefir Plantiful probiotic drink
  • 1 1/2-2 tsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter

Preparation

  1. Chop your strawberries as small as you want.

  2. In a jar that has a lid, add the oats, almond milk, only 1/4 cup of the Plantiful drink, save the other 1/4 for the next morning, maple syrup, strawberries, chia seeds, and nut butter.

  3. Put the lid on and shake everything up.

  4. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours up to overnight.

  5. When you remove it, shake up again, add 1/4 cup of Plantiful to make it super creamy, stir in, and enjoy with some more nut butter on top, granola, or whatever sounds good.
