Protein Oreo Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen jicama chunks
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup nut or oat milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein shake
  • Homemade vegan Oreos for garnish

Preparation

  1. Freeze the jicama and banana if not already frozen.

  2. Blend all ingredients except the Oreos until smooth and creamy.

  3. Garnish with crushed vegan Oreos and serve immediately.
