Rainbow Aloha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • yellow:
  • 1 small frozen orange;
  • one quart of a mango, frozen;
  • lemon juice;
  • pinch turmeric;
  • pink:
  • 1/2 frozen banana;
  • 4 big strawberries, frozen;
  • 1/4 cup coconut water, nut milk, or shake;
  • 1 tsp pitaya powder;
  • blue:
  • 1 frozen banana;
  • nut milk (less than 1/4 cup);
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina;
  • green:
  • 1 frozen banana;
  • nut milk (less than 1/4 cup);
  • 1 tsp matcha or moringa (or both);

Preparation

  1. Blend each part separately, and add to your coconut bowl

  2. TIP: every time you put one color of nice cream, leave it in the freezer until you blend the second flavor. This way your smoothie won’t melt by the time you finish all the flavors

  3. For the green and blue I only used 1 1/2 banana with 1/4 cup nut milk. Then I divided the portions and add the colors separately
