Roasted Whole Cauliflower with Garlic and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Avocado oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic

Preparation

  1. Cut off all the green leaves from the cauliflower head.

  2. Place the cauliflower on a baking dish.

  3. Drizzle liberally with avocado oil.

  4. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

  5. Roast in the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.

  6. After 30 minutes, cut the cauliflower into florets.

  7. Put it back in the oven for an additional 20 minutes to brown thoroughly.

Tips

  1. For a different flavor, consider using ghee instead of avocado oil and adding more garlic.
