Spicy Vegan Chili with Soy Protein
Ingredients
- 800g tomato sauce
- 400g water
- 250g red cabbage
- 125g textured soy protein
- 200g mushrooms
- 150g apple juice
- 200g tomato paste
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 255g beans
- 1/2 leek
- 50g soy sauce
- 1 tsp smoked salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 lime
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
Let it simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
