Tofu Rice Paper Rolls
Ingredients
- 8 rice paper rolls
- 200 grams tofu
- Vermicelli noodles
- Lettuce
- Spinach
- Carrot
Preparation
Soak the vermicelli noodles until soft.
Cut the tofu into 8 long slices.
Chop the lettuce, spinach, and carrot.
Soak each rice paper roll in hot water for 10-15 seconds.
Assemble the filling in the top center of the rice paper and roll up, folding in the sides.
