Tofu Rice Paper Rolls

Ingredients

  • 8 rice paper rolls
  • 200 grams tofu
  • Vermicelli noodles
  • Lettuce
  • Spinach
  • Carrot

Preparation

  1. Soak the vermicelli noodles until soft.

  2. Cut the tofu into 8 long slices.

  3. Chop the lettuce, spinach, and carrot.

  4. Soak each rice paper roll in hot water for 10-15 seconds.

  5. Assemble the filling in the top center of the rice paper and roll up, folding in the sides.
