Quick and Easy Veggie Wrap

Ingredients

  • Wrap of choice
  • Hummus
  • Lettuce
  • Carrot
  • Cucumber
  • Oyster mushrooms
  • Pickled red cabbage

Preparation

  1. Sauté oyster mushrooms in olive oil with smoked paprika until browned.

  2. Prepare vegetables by washing and chopping carrot, cucumber, and lettuce as needed.

  3. Spread hummus on the wrap.

  4. Add lettuce, carrot, cucumber, sautéed oyster mushrooms, and pickled red cabbage.

  5. Roll up the wrap and serve.

Tips

  1. You can swap any ingredients with other vegetables you have in the fridge.
