Plant-Based Chicken Nugget Pitas with Tzatziki
Ingredients
- 1 package @FieldRoast Plant-Based Nuggets
- 4-6 pita breads
- Hummus
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Diced cherry tomatoes
- Optional: parsley, radish, pomegranate seeds
- Plant-based tzatziki (recipe below)
Preparation
Cook the plant-based nuggets according to the package directions. Once cooked, slice them into thin strips.
Warm the pita breads.
Assemble the pita sandwiches by spreading hummus on each warmed pita.
Add a layer of thinly sliced cucumber and diced cherry tomatoes.
Place the sliced plant-based nuggets on top of the vegetables.
Add any optional garnishes you prefer, such as parsley, radish, and pomegranate seeds.
Drizzle plant-based tzatziki over the toppings.
Wrap the pita sandwiches and enjoy your delicious plant-based chicken nugget pitas!
