Plant-Based Chicken Nugget Pitas with Tzatziki

Ingredients

  • 1 package @FieldRoast Plant-Based Nuggets
  • 4-6 pita breads
  • Hummus
  • Thinly sliced cucumber
  • Diced cherry tomatoes
  • Optional: parsley, radish, pomegranate seeds
  • Plant-based tzatziki (recipe below)

Preparation

  1. Cook the plant-based nuggets according to the package directions. Once cooked, slice them into thin strips.

  2. Warm the pita breads.

  3. Assemble the pita sandwiches by spreading hummus on each warmed pita.

  4. Add a layer of thinly sliced cucumber and diced cherry tomatoes.

  5. Place the sliced plant-based nuggets on top of the vegetables.

  6. Add any optional garnishes you prefer, such as parsley, radish, and pomegranate seeds.

  7. Drizzle plant-based tzatziki over the toppings.

  8. Wrap the pita sandwiches and enjoy your delicious plant-based chicken nugget pitas!
