Veggie Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce

- Olives
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fries
- Cremini mushrooms
- Dill
- Parsley
Tzatziki sauce
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
Preparation
Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing all the tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl.
Assemble the wrap by placing the vegetables and herbs on a flatbread or wrap of choice, add a dollop of tzatziki sauce, and roll it up tightly.
