Veggie Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

Wrap fillings

  • Olives
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fries
  • Cremini mushrooms
  • Dill
  • Parsley

Tzatziki mixture

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine all the tzatziki mixture ingredients and stir well to make the sauce.

  2. Prepare the wrap by placing the wrap fillings on a tortilla or flatbread, add a portion of the tzatziki sauce, and roll it up tightly.

  3. Serve the wrap immediately for best freshness.
