Veggie Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
Wrap fillings
- Olives
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fries
- Cremini mushrooms
- Dill
- Parsley
Tzatziki mixture
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
Preparation
In a bowl, combine all the tzatziki mixture ingredients and stir well to make the sauce.
Prepare the wrap by placing the wrap fillings on a tortilla or flatbread, add a portion of the tzatziki sauce, and roll it up tightly.
Serve the wrap immediately for best freshness.
