Veggie Wrap with Tzatziki Sauce
Ingredients
- Olives
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fries
- Cremini mushrooms
- Dill
- Parsley
Tzatziki sauce
- 1 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped dill
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tsp of garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 cup of diced cucumber
Preparation
Mix all tzatziki sauce ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Assemble the wrap by placing the fillings and tzatziki sauce into a tortilla or flatbread, roll it up, and serve immediately.
