Vegan Tzatziki Vegetable Wrap

- Olives
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Fries
- Cremeni mushrooms
- Dill
- Parsley
Tzatziki
- 1 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of finely chopped dill
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 2 tsp of garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 tsp of onion powder
- 1/2 cup of diced cucumber
Preparation
Prepare the tzatziki by mixing all tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl.
Chop or prepare the wrap ingredients as needed, such as slicing avocado or cooking fries and mushrooms if not pre-cooked.
Assemble the wrap by placing the wrap ingredients and tzatziki inside a wrap base, such as a tortilla or lettuce leaf.
Roll up and serve immediately.
