Vegan Tzatziki Vegetable Wrap

  • Olives
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fries
  • Cremeni mushrooms
  • Dill
  • Parsley

Tzatziki

  • 1 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of finely chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 2 tsp of garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 cup of diced cucumber

Preparation

  1. Prepare the tzatziki by mixing all tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Chop or prepare the wrap ingredients as needed, such as slicing avocado or cooking fries and mushrooms if not pre-cooked.

  3. Assemble the wrap by placing the wrap ingredients and tzatziki inside a wrap base, such as a tortilla or lettuce leaf.

  4. Roll up and serve immediately.
