Vegan Tzatziki Vegetable Wrap

Ingredients

  • Olives
  • Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Fries
  • Cremeni mushrooms
  • Dill
  • Parsley

Tzatziki

  • 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

Preparation

  1. Mix all tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate to chill.

  2. Prepare the vegetables by chopping or slicing them as desired.

  3. Assemble the wrap by placing the vegetables and tzatziki inside a tortilla or wrap.

  4. Roll up and serve immediately.
