Vegan Fresh Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Hummus
  • Red Pepper Spread
  • Avocado
  • Heirloom Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Lettuce
  • Sprouts
  • Fresh Baked Whole Wheat Bread

Preparation

  1. Spread hummus and red pepper spread on slices of whole wheat bread.

  2. Layer avocado, heirloom tomato, cucumber, lettuce, and sprouts on top of the bread.

  3. Close the sandwich with another slice of bread and serve immediately.
