Tomato Cucumber Halloumi Hummus Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 6 slices vegan halloumi
  • 1 field tomato
  • 3 tablespoons hummus
  • 1/2 garden cucumber
  • Sea salt
  • Cracked pepper
  • 6 pieces gluten-free bread

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread.

  2. While the bread is toasting, sear the vegan halloumi in a nonstick pan until brown on both sides.

  3. Smear hummus on the toasted bread.
