Tomato Cucumber Halloumi Hummus Sandwich
Ingredients
- 6 slices vegan halloumi
- 1 field tomato
- 3 tablespoons hummus
- 1/2 garden cucumber
- Sea salt
- Cracked pepper
- 6 pieces gluten-free bread
Preparation
Toast the bread.
While the bread is toasting, sear the vegan halloumi in a nonstick pan until brown on both sides.
Smear hummus on the toasted bread.
Layer with cucumber, tomato, and cheese.
Slice and enjoy.
