Preparation

  1. Toast 2 whole grain bread slices.

  2. Choose your spread, such as hummus, guacamole, tahini, nut butters like peanut butter, mustard, or pesto.

  3. Add your preferred protein source, for example tofu, tempeh, mashed kidney beans, or veggie patties made from beans.
