Vegan White Bean Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 200g white beans, cooked and drained
  • 1 handful cashews, soaked in water
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 100ml plant milk

Preparation

  1. Cook pasta according to instructions

  2. Blend all other ingredients in a blender until smooth

  3. Pour sauce on the pasta and mix well

  4. Top with some basil and more nutritional yeast
