Vegan White Bean Alfredo
Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 200g white beans, cooked and drained
- 1 handful cashews, soaked in water
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 100ml plant milk
Preparation
Cook pasta according to instructions
Blend all other ingredients in a blender until smooth
Pour sauce on the pasta and mix well
Top with some basil and more nutritional yeast
