Bacon-Wrapped Chicken with Gorgonzola Sauce
Ingredients
- 400 g chicken tenderloins
- 1 package smoked bacon slices
- 1 onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small broccoli
- 1 small zucchini
- 180 g vegetable broth
- 120 g 30% cream
- 80 g gorgonzola
- ground hot paprika
- ground ginger
- salt, pepper
- olive oil
Preparation
Season the cleaned chicken tenderloins and wrap them in bacon, then sear them.
On the same pan, sauté the onion, adding a little oil or olive oil if needed.
Add the red bell pepper, broccoli, and zucchini, adding the zucchini last to keep it firm and slightly crunchy.
Pour in the vegetable broth, add the cream and gorgonzola, return the meat to the pan, and simmer until the vegetables soften and the sauce thickens.
Season to taste.
