Easy Stir-Fry Noodles with Tofu and Vegetables
Ingredients
- spring onions
- oyster mushrooms
- peppers
- tofu
- rice noodles
- sweet chilli sauce
Preparation
Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions.
Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown.
Sauté the spring onions, oyster mushrooms, and peppers in a pan until softened.
Add the prepared noodles, pan-fried tofu, and sweet chilli sauce to the pan.
Stir-fry everything together until well combined and heated through.
