Hoisin Seitan Stir-Fry with Noodles
Ingredients
- Seitan chunks
- Mixed vegetables (such as broccoli)
- Ramen noodles
- Oil for cooking
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon avocado or canola oil
- Water as needed to make 1/2 cup total
Preparation
Mix all sauce ingredients together to prepare the sauce.
Cook the seitan chunks in a little oil in a skillet.
Pour half of the sauce over the seitan and cook until it forms a glaze.
Add the vegetables and stir-fry until softened, particularly the broccoli.
Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
Serve the seitan and vegetables over the cooked noodles, drizzled with the remaining sauce.
