Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 200 grams noodles
- 300 grams mixed vegetables (e.g., carrot and bell pepper)
Preparation
Boil the noodles.
Mix up the sauce.
Finely chop the veggies.
Combine everything in a bowl.
Serve cold or heat it up for a few minutes.

Adjust sriracha amount if you prefer less spice.
