Sesame Garlic String Bean Bowls
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 Tablespoon red miso paste or tamari
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/3 cup water
Main
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 24 oz. string beans
Preparation
Whisk sesame oil, miso paste, maple syrup and water in a small bowl.
Wash string beans and snap off ends.
Heat a large pan or wok and add string beans.
Add the sauce and toss well.
Cover and cook for a few minutes until the string beans are just tender and serve.
Tips
Serve with steamed rice and edamame for a complete meal.
