Crispy Air Fried Zucchini with Salt Chip Crust
Ingredients
- zucchini
- himalayan pink salt chips from @therealcoconut
- avocado oil
Preparation
Pulse the chips in a food processor or blender until you get a fine crumb.
Peel and cut the zucchini into thin slices, then coat in avocado oil.
Lay the slices in the air fryer in a single layer and air fry at 400F for 8 minutes.
