Spicy Cauliflower for Quick Dinners and Wraps
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower (about 4 cups)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp avocado oil
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower florets off the head of cauliflower and into bite-sized pieces removing the large stem in the center of the head. Try to keep the pieces a similar size, so they cook at the same rate.
Heat oil in a medium frying pan on high heat.
Mix cauliflower and seasonings in the pan.
Cook until cauliflower is tender, about 10 minutes.
