Spicy Cauliflower for Quick Dinners and Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower (about 4 cups)
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the cauliflower florets off the head of cauliflower and into bite-sized pieces removing the large stem in the center of the head. Try to keep the pieces a similar size, so they cook at the same rate.

  2. Heat oil in a medium frying pan on high heat.

  3. Mix cauliflower and seasonings in the pan.

  4. Cook until cauliflower is tender, about 10 minutes.
