Spicy Jackfruit Vegan Meatballs for Meatless Monday

- Chickpea flour

Preparation
Boil jackfruit pieces in water with some spices to soften and add flavor.
Shred the jackfruit and mix it with roasted chickpea flour, chili powder, cumin, turmeric, garlic, and ginger.
Shape the mixture into balls.
Pan fry the balls in a skillet or bake them in the oven for 30 minutes.
Serve with marinara sauce over pasta or enjoy plain.
