Easy Homemade Hummus with Smoked Paprika
Ingredients
- 2 cans of chickpeas (one rinsed and drained, one with aquafaba)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
Optionally, top with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle more smoked paprika.
