Easy Homemade Hummus with Smoked Paprika

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of chickpeas (one rinsed and drained, one with aquafaba)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth.

  2. Optionally, top with a drizzle of oil and sprinkle more smoked paprika.
