Quick and Easy Homemade Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained (keep liquid)
- 1/4 cup aquafaba
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 2 TB avocado oil
- 1 TB tahini
- Salt, Pepper, smoked paprika to taste
Toppings
- smoked paprika
- dried basil
- drizzle of avocado oil
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.
Transfer to a bowl and top with toppings.
