Quick and Easy Homemade Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas rinsed and drained (keep liquid)
  • 1/4 cup aquafaba
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 TB avocado oil
  • 1 TB tahini
  • Salt, Pepper, smoked paprika to taste

Toppings

  • smoked paprika
  • dried basil
  • drizzle of avocado oil

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor or blender.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with toppings.
