Crispy Fried Cinnamon Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3-4 larger potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Preparation
Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet on high heat, add potatoes and let fry for about 2 minutes (you may need a little more oil).
Cover the pan and reduce heat to medium, then allow to steam for about 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove cover and fry, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, brown and crispy.
Do not cover at this stage to avoid sogginess.
