Crispy Fried Cinnamon Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 3-4 larger potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. Heat a skillet on high heat, add potatoes and let fry for about 2 minutes (you may need a little more oil).

  3. Cover the pan and reduce heat to medium, then allow to steam for about 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Remove cover and fry, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, brown and crispy.

  5. Do not cover at this stage to avoid sogginess.
