Crispy Potato Hash with Fried Eggs and Avocado
Ingredients
- 3 potatoes
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- chili flakes
- oil for frying
Preparation
Peel and grate 3 potatoes
Soak in cold water for a few minutes and squeeze out water with a paper towel
Toss with 1/4 cup finely diced onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes
Spread out on a hot frying pan with oil
Cook untouched until crispy on the bottom for about 6 minutes
Flip and cook until crispy all around
Serve with fried eggs, 1/2 avocado with EBTB seasoning, and 3 pieces of fried spicy salami
Tips
Soaking and squeezing the potatoes is the most annoying part but worth it
