Crispy Potato Hash with Fried Eggs and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • chili flakes
  • oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Peel and grate 3 potatoes

  2. Soak in cold water for a few minutes and squeeze out water with a paper towel

  3. Toss with 1/4 cup finely diced onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes

  4. Spread out on a hot frying pan with oil

  5. Cook untouched until crispy on the bottom for about 6 minutes

  6. Flip and cook until crispy all around

  7. Serve with fried eggs, 1/2 avocado with EBTB seasoning, and 3 pieces of fried spicy salami

Tips

  1. Soaking and squeezing the potatoes is the most annoying part but worth it
