Easy Roasted Vegetable Pasta with Brown Rice

Ingredients

  • Broccoli
  • Asparagus
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Pepper
  • Red chili flakes
  • Brown rice pasta
  • Tomato sauce (Rao's homemade tomato basil)

Preparation

  1. Bake broccoli and asparagus at 425°F with optional olive oil or none, sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, pepper, and red chili flakes, and cook for 15-20 minutes.

  2. Boil water and cook brown rice pasta until tender, then add your favorite tomato sauce such as Rao's homemade tomato basil.
