Simple Breakfast with Egg, Sweet Potato, and Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ghee (from Fourth & Heart)
- red pepper flakes
- 1 sweet potato
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Bake the sweet potato at 400°F for 45 minutes, then leave in the oven for another 45 minutes with the oven off.
Fry 1 egg in ghee.
Top the fried egg with red pepper flakes.
Cut up 1/2 avocado.
Assemble the meal and enjoy, with the sweet potato served cold if preferred.
