Vegan Snack Idea

Ingredients

  • cans of chickpeas (canned because they're already cooked)
  • just make sure to drain and rinse them really well until completely dry
  • next 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil and optional if you like you can add 1 teaspoon vegan Worcester sauce

Preparation

  1. Now, after draining the chickpeas, add them to a bowl along with the oil

  2. The other spices are supposed to be added after baking since they might get burn

  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  5. Spread the chickpeas on the baking sheet and bake for around 25 minutes

  6. After that put the baked chickpeas in a bowl again and add all the other ingredients from above and mix everything well together

  7. Return them to the baking sheet and bake for another 10 minutes until they're crispy, golden brown
