Vegan Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

  • 5 cups cooked rice
  • 5 cups cooked lentils
  • 2 fried/cooked onions
  • handful chopped parsley
  • spices of choice
  • przepis (na około 20 gołąbków):
  • 5 szklanek ugotowanego ryżu
  • 5 szklanek ugotowanej soczewicy
  • 2 usmażone cebule
  • garść posiekanej pietruszki
  • dowolne przyprawy

Preparation

  1. Cook the cabbage al dente and let it cool

  2. Mix all the filling ingredients

  3. Take the cabbage leaves, put some filling on each of them and fill

  4. Put all cabbage rolls into big pot

  5. Cover with water/vegetable broth/tomato sauce and cook for about 30 minutes

  6. Enjoy
