Ridge Gourd Dosa/beerakaya Dosa
Ingredients
- 1 to 1.5 cup rice
- 3/4th cup toor dal/pegion dal
- 1/4th cup urad dal/white lentil
Preparation
Soak for 3 hrs
Roughly peel and chop Ridge gourd and blend it along with all soaked ingredients and your batter is ready to pour in dosa
