Ridge Gourd Dosa/beerakaya Dosa

Ingredients

  • 1 to 1.5 cup rice
  • 3/4th cup toor dal/pegion dal
  • 1/4th cup urad dal/white lentil

Preparation

  1. Soak for 3 hrs

  2. Roughly peel and chop Ridge gourd and blend it along with all soaked ingredients and your batter is ready to pour in dosa
