Seasonal Green Mango Pickle
Ingredients
- This pickle goes well with paratha
- rice
- bread and liked by all
Preparation
Rinse the mangoes and then dry them
Chop the mangoes into bite sized pieces or cubes
The chopped raw mangoes should be about 1 cup
Place them in a mixing bowl or wide dish
Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt on the chopped raw mangoes
In a pan heat oil for tempering, add mustard seeds and once oil heats up and pour this into the diced mango bowl
