Cluster Beans with Dal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup each Toor n chana dal
  • cluster beans
  • salt
  • dry coconut powder
  • turmeric powder
  • rice and rasam

Preparation

  1. Step 1 :- Take 1/2 cup each Toor n chana dal and soak for 30 mins and blend into corase paste

  2. Step 2:- Finely chop cluster beans and set aside

  3. Step 3:- Steam the dal and cluster beans for 10 mins or so I used Thatte Idly tray you can also steam it in normal Idly stand or any steamer

  4. Step 4:- Give simple tadka and later add on steamed dal, cluster beans, salt, dry coconut powder, turmeric powder and mix well

  5. Step 5:- Saute for 2-3 mins and that's all your tasty and healthy cluster beans dal fry is required

  6. Goes good with rice and rasam

  7. It's the second time in a week I made this and totally loveed it
