Cluster Beans with Dal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup each Toor n chana dal
  • cluster beans
  • salt
  • dry coconut powder
  • turmeric powder
  • rice and rasam

Preparation

  1. Take 1/2 cup each Toor n chana dal and soak for 30 mins and blend into corase paste

  2. Finely chop cluster beans and set aside

  3. Steam the dal and cluster beans for 10 mins or so I used Thatte Idly tray you can also steam it in normal Idly stand or any steamer

  4. Give simple tadka and later add on steamed dal, cluster beans, salt, dry coconut powder, turmeric powder and mix well

  5. Saute for 2-3 mins and that's all your tasty and healthy cluster beans dal fry is required

  6. Goes good with rice and rasam

  7. It's the second time in a week I made this and totally loveed it
