Cluster Beans with Dal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup each Toor n chana dal
- cluster beans
- salt
- dry coconut powder
- turmeric powder
- rice and rasam
Preparation
Step 1 :- Take 1/2 cup each Toor n chana dal and soak for 30 mins and blend into corase paste
Step 2:- Finely chop cluster beans and set aside
Step 3:- Steam the dal and cluster beans for 10 mins or so I used Thatte Idly tray you can also steam it in normal Idly stand or any steamer
Step 4:- Give simple tadka and later add on steamed dal, cluster beans, salt, dry coconut powder, turmeric powder and mix well
Step 5:- Saute for 2-3 mins and that's all your tasty and healthy cluster beans dal fry is required
Goes good with rice and rasam
