Red Lentil Flatbread

Ingredients

  • salt
  • pepper
  • spices & whisk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup DRY red lentils
  • 1/3 cup batter
  • oil

Preparation

  1. Blend 1 cup DRY red lentils into a flour

  2. Add salt, pepper, spices & whisk in 1 1/4 cup water. let the batter sit for a couple mins so it gets thicccc

  3. Spray a pan with oil over med heat. pour in 1/3 cup batter at a time (makes 5 flatbreads total) & spread out with the back of a spoon. cook 2-3 mins one side, then flip & cook on the other until golden
