Fried Potatoes with Apple Puree

Ingredients

  • Some cooked potatoes (the amount depends on the size & how hungry you are ?)
  • • oil for the pan ( I used ~ 2 tbsp)
  • • Spices: salt, pepper, ~1/2 tsp sweet pepper spice, 1/2 tsp curry spice , a pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

  1. Cut the cooked potatoes into slices and heat up the oil in a well coated pan

  2. Add the potatoes and let them fry for about 3 min

  3. Add the spices and stir

  4. Fry until they are golden brown and crispy

  5. Serve with homemade or store bought unsweetened apple puree
