Fried Potatoes with Apple Puree
Ingredients
- Some cooked potatoes (the amount depends on the size & how hungry you are ?)
- • oil for the pan ( I used ~ 2 tbsp)
- • Spices: salt, pepper, ~1/2 tsp sweet pepper spice, 1/2 tsp curry spice , a pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
Cut the cooked potatoes into slices and heat up the oil in a well coated pan
Add the potatoes and let them fry for about 3 min
Add the spices and stir
Fry until they are golden brown and crispy
Serve with homemade or store bought unsweetened apple puree
