Ingredients
- Rice – brown, white, black or red
- Beans – kidney, black, pinto, white or chickpeas
- Sauce – salsa, guacamole, vegan sour cream, hot sauce, BBQ sauce, ketchup
- Filling – corn, avocado, lettuce, arugula, tomato, tofu, peppers, vegan cheese, cilantro, bell pepper, onion or green onion
- Tortilla wrap – store-bought wheatflour or cornflour version
