Spicy Bbq Ribs with Mint Potato Salad and Coleslaw

Preparation
Coat the ribs in spicy BBQ sauce.
Air fry the coated ribs until crispy and heated through.
Shred the red cabbage, red onion, and carrot for the coleslaw.
Mince the garlic and mix it with the shredded vegetables and mayonnaise to make the coleslaw.
Boil the baby potatoes with skins on until tender for the potato salad.
Cool the potatoes, then mix them with soya yoghurt, chopped spring onion, and fresh mint.
Serve the prepared ribs with the red coleslaw, potato salad, and sourdough rolls.
