Ingredients

  • Flora spread
  • grated cheese
  • black pepper
  • sriracha mayo
  • shredded red onion
  • red cabbage
  • carrot
  • Hellmann's vegan mayo
  • Sainsbury's goujons
  • BBQ sauce

Preparation

  1. Bake the potato until super crispy

  2. Shred the red onion, red cabbage, and carrot, then mix with Hellmann's vegan mayo to make the coleslaw

  3. Cook Sainsbury's goujons according to package instructions and serve with BBQ sauce

  4. Top the baked potato with Flora spread, grated cheese, black pepper, and a drizzle of sriracha mayo

  5. Add the prepared coleslaw and goujons to complete the dish
