Simple Flatbreads with Spring Onions
Ingredients
- 250g white flour
- 140g warm water
- 3g salt
- 30g spring onions
- 4 teaspoons sesame seeds
- A bit of olive oil
Preparation
Slice the spring onions and add them to the flour in a mixing bowl.
Mix the salt and warm water and add it to the flour.
Knead for 5 minutes until you have a smooth ball. Add pinches of flour if needed.
Cut the ball into 4 pieces.
Roll each piece into a small ball.
Flatten each ball with your hand and add 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.
Roll it into a flat cake about 3-5 mm thick.
Brush the surface with olive oil and cook both sides in a pan over high heat.

These flatbreads are simple and delicious, pairing well with many dishes.
Served here with honey-caramelized tofu-feta.
