Baked Sweet Potato Chips with Spices
Ingredients
- 1 kg sweet potato
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp mild chilli powder
Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut into long fries about 1cm square.
Toss them in a bowl with the oil then lay out on 2 or 3 baking sheets, ideally in a single layer.
Sprinkle with the spices and salt.
Bake at 200C for 10 minutes, flip them over and then bake for another 10 minutes until they are baked all the way through and the edges are going crispy.
