Honey Garlic Vegan Chicken with Minted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • meatless farm chicken breasts
  • coconut honey
  • soy sauce
  • minced garlic

  • baby potatoes

Preparation

  1. Prepare the honey garlic sauce by mixing coconut honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and apple cider vinegar.
