Blueberry Lime Acai Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • Handful of fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 heaped teaspoon acai powder

Optional boosters

  • 1 heaped tablespoon pumpkin and chia seed super protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top with blueberries, buckwheat groats, bee pollen grains, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and a few chunks of cashew and coconut bliss balls.
