Blueberry Lime Acai Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup oats
- Handful of fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 heaped teaspoon acai powder
Optional boosters
- 1 heaped tablespoon pumpkin and chia seed super protein powder
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Top with blueberries, buckwheat groats, bee pollen grains, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs, and a few chunks of cashew and coconut bliss balls.
