Strawberry and Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 3/4 banana
  • Heaps of strawberries (at least 8)
  • Handful of red currants
  • Good splash of plant based milk

Boosters

  • 1 tsp of Maca powder
  • 1 tsp of lucuma powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients and boosters together.

  2. Top with almond butter, banana slices, red currants, strawberries, and dark chocolate buttons.

  3. Stay cool and enjoy.
