Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 banana
  • 1 large spoonful of coconut yoghurt
  • 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
  • A small chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 fig
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 150 ml of plant based milk

Preparation

  1. Blend together until smooth

  2. Then because we love the smoothie texture and then the granola crunch we’ve added granola to our bowl, fig, banana, chia seeds and cacao nibs

  3. To fill the jumbo coconut bowl & share make double the recipe
