Chia Pudding and Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
Smoothie
- banana
- raspberries
- blueberries
Preparation
Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to set.
Add banana, raspberries, and blueberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
