Chia Pudding and Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

Chia pudding

  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk

Smoothie

  • banana
  • raspberries
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. Combine chia seeds and almond milk in a bowl and stir well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to set.

  2. Add banana, raspberries, and blueberries to a blender and blend until smooth.
