Easy Banana Persimmon Smoothie with Turmeric
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 sachet black currant powder
- 2 chopped and frozen persimmons
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Toppings as per your choice
Preparation
In a blender, add 1 banana, black currant powder with some portion of milk and blend until smooth and creamy texture. Once done, transfer it to a bowl.
In a second round, add persimmons, half banana, turmeric powder with remaining milk and blend until smooth and creamy texture.
Mix both smoothies, top with favorite toppings and enjoy.
