Easy Banana Persimmon Smoothie with Turmeric

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 sachet black currant powder
  • 2 chopped and frozen persimmons
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • Toppings as per your choice

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add 1 banana, black currant powder with some portion of milk and blend until smooth and creamy texture. Once done, transfer it to a bowl.

  2. In a second round, add persimmons, half banana, turmeric powder with remaining milk and blend until smooth and creamy texture.

  3. Mix both smoothies, top with favorite toppings and enjoy.
