Granola Base Breakfast Pots with Berry Jam
Ingredients
- Granola
- Coconut yoghurt
- Chunky chia berry jam
- 1 tablespoon cacao
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 cup chilled tinned coconut milk
- Frozen berries
- Choc drizzle
Preparation
Place granola in the base of the pot.
Add coconut yoghurt and chunky chia berry jam.
Blend 1 tablespoon cacao, half an avocado, half a banana, and 1/4 cup chilled tinned coconut milk.
Pour the blended mixture over the layers.
Top with frozen berries and chocolate drizzle.
