Granola Base Breakfast Pots with Berry Jam

Ingredients

  • Granola
  • Coconut yoghurt
  • Chunky chia berry jam
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 cup chilled tinned coconut milk
  • Frozen berries
  • Choc drizzle

Preparation

  1. Place granola in the base of the pot.

  2. Add coconut yoghurt and chunky chia berry jam.

  3. Blend 1 tablespoon cacao, half an avocado, half a banana, and 1/4 cup chilled tinned coconut milk.

  4. Pour the blended mixture over the layers.

  5. Top with frozen berries and chocolate drizzle.
